At Milleniums Club, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with all purchases. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel an order, return a product, or request a refund. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines our rules and procedures regarding cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 5 days of placing it, provided that the product has not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us via email with your order number.

  • How to Cancel: Send an email to hello@milleniumsclub.com with your order number and cancellation request.
  • Cancellation Processing: Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it within 24 hours and provide a confirmation via email.

If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process outlined below.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

We offer returns and exchanges on eligible products within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging. Certain products (such as intimate apparel or custom-made items) may be non-returnable, as indicated on the product page.

  • Return and Exchange Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
  • How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
    1. Contact us at hello@milleniumsclub.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
    2. We will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
    3. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Eligibility for Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your email. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • How You’ll Receive Your Refund: Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.). Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items (e.g., sale items, gift cards, custom orders) may not be eligible for refunds, as indicated at the time of purchase.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days of approval, please do the following:

  • Check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
